Is ISEB the same as ITIL?

What are the stages to Software Testing certification?
The first place to start with is the Foundation Certificate in Software Testing. This qualfication is offered by both ISEB and ISTQB and the qualifications are aligned to the same syllabus. Once you have attained the Foundation Certificate in Software testing, you can proceed straight to the range of Advanced Software Testing certifications offered by ISTQB. ISEB still retains an Intermediate Certificate which can be undertaken as a seperate qualification which sits between the Foundation and Advanced levels, however it is not a pre-requisite for Advanced certification.
